1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.74/2017 registered in Police Station Gandai, District Rajnandgaon for offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act for illegally possessing 112.320 ml of country made liquor.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 2.4.2017, this Court is inclined to release her on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the
