After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he seeks to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file revision petition against the charge framed by the trial Court against the petitioner in this case. 3.

On the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Further it is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in case the trial proceeds before the trial Court some order may be passed in this respect as well. Petitioner shall have liberty to pray before the Revisional Court below for the stay of the proceeding and the trial Court shall decide it on its own merit.
