1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 08/07/2019 sent by the 2nd Additional District and Session Judge, Baloda Bazar for extension of time for final disposal of Civil Appeal No. 05-A/2003 & 06A/2003.

2. This Court vide order dated 01/03/2019 had granted a time of three months to learned first appellate Court to dispose of the Civil Appeal No. 05-A/2003 & 06-A/2003, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the first appellate Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two months is granted to learned 2nd Additional District and Session Judge, Baloda Bazar to dispose of the said claim case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned first appellate Court by e-mail/fax.
