Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the award with regard to petitioner's land has already been passed therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps before the respondent authorities as exercised under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Act, 2013. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and the same is allowed.
