Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/08/2017 At the outset, in view of the return filed by the respondents, learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter, at this stage, may be disposed off. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission and the averments made in the return that presently, the case of the petitioner is under active consideration and the

authorities are likely to pass appropriate orders in near future, this matter need not be kept pending.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as early as possible preferably in 2017 itself.
