Agarman Das Satnami S/o Mithai Lal Satnami Aged About 64 Years (Now 71 Years), R/o Under Overbridge, Near Shriram Temple, Ganesh Nagar, Chuchuhiyapara Bilaspur , Tahsil and District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. At Present R/o Village Vidyadih, Village Panchayat Daganiya, Post Okhar, Tahsil Masturi, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh.

---- Respondent Request letter has been received from the Court of Second 05/10/2021 Additional District Judge, Bilaspur praying for extension of time for disposing of the Civil Execution Case No.8-A/2019. This Court while disposing off the W.P.(227) No. 179 of 2021 vide order dated 22.03.2021, directed the learned Executing Court to expedite and conclude the proceeding in the execution case within a period of six months.

After considering on the reasons mentioned in the request letter, I feel inclined to allow the request made. Therefore, the prayer in the request letter is allowed. Time of further six months is granted for completing the proceeding in the case mentioned herein above.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. is disposed off.
