Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for caste certificate of the children though he is holding the caste certificate and the authority SDO is asking the document of prior to 1950.

The document annexed to this petition would show that the petitioner who is holding a caste certificate has already been attached and only verification has been asked for by the SDO with an endorsement that the verification be made from the Tehsildar.

In view of this, the submission of the petitioner that the document of prior to 1950 is been asked for is negated. At this stage, this court cannot direct to consider particular document when specific scheme is already provided along with the list of the documents required under Rule 3(e) of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other

Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013. The petitioner may comply with the requirement as envisaged under the Rule 3(e) of Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013. 4.
