1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.87/2017 registered in Police Station Moudhapara, District Raipur for offence under Section 34 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act for illegally possessing 7.800 bulk liters of Haywards 5000 Beer.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 31.3.2017, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the
