1. The prosecutrix is virtually present before this Court through the 'Help Desk' of DLSA Kabirdham on notice. She has stated that she has objection in grant of bail to this applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also seeks issuance of direction to expedite the trial against the applicant.

3. In view of the above, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the date, this order is passed.
