Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2017 on 04/02/2017, Police Station Makdi, Distt. Kondagaon, (C.G.) for the offence under Section 20 b ii B of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after investigation police had filed charge-sheet which is pending before the Special Judge under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Act 1985, Kondagaon (C.G.) as Special Criminal Case (NDPS Act, 1985) No. 04/17. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that applicant is innocent. He is the first offender and will not commit any
offence in future, he may be enlarged on bail. 4.
Per Contra, learned counsel for the respondent/State opposes the argument advanced on behalf of the applicant. 5.
Perused the entire material.

After perusal of the material collected against the applicant and other facts, I am not inclined to grant the bail. 7.
