Hon'ble Shri Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judge Order on Board 21/08/2018 Per Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Chief Justice 1.
Heard counsel for the parties.
2.
There is clear and categorical affidavit filed on behalf of the Pollution Control Board that they are closely monitoring the pollution standards laid down under the various statutory provisions in relation to the industries which are said to be polluting industries in that area.
3.
The other issue is that the petitioner wants some kind of green cover to be created between the industrial area as well as the housing colony. On this, this Court can only observe that the personal initiative of all the residents of the colony by itself can be a good gesture at self preservation. 4.
Even otherwise, the Housing Board Authority have no objection to making plantations to improve the general living conditions of the residents of the colony in question.
5.
The petitioner or the people whose interest he represents must learn to live in harmony with the neighbours as well as the general surrounding. 6.
The PIL stands disposed off.
