These are the First Bail Applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The respective applicants have preferred these applications for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 234 of 2016, registered at Police Station Gidhouri, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 353, 332, 109/34 of I.P.C. 2.

In view of the fact that the other co-accused persons namely Fanendra Nath Sahu and Motilal Sahu have already been released on bail by the coordinate Bench in M.Cr.C. No. 8375 of 2016 and M.Cr.C. No. 7974 of 2016 vide its orders dated 2.1.2017 and 15.12.2016 respectively

-2and the allegation against the present applicant is similar to that of the allegation levelled against the aforesaid co-accused persons who have already been granted bail, the present applicant also deserves to be released on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed. It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court.
