1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 30.07.2018. The order of suspension has been issued invoking Rule-9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has already made a representation against the order of suspension Annexure P-

7 dated 01.08.2018 which is pending consideration before respondent no.1.

3. Without expressing anything on merits, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law. It is expected that the respondent no.1 would decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Sd/- P.
