1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.07/2020, registered at Police Station Chotedongar District- Narayanpur C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 302, 307 of the I.P.C.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant, a Constable in CRPF open fire through his AK-47 riffle causing death of Rameshwar Sahu and Bindeshwar Sahni and

MCRC No. 8483 of 2020 serious injuries to Laksharam Premi.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the evidence available against the applicant, I am not inclined to release him on bail.
