1. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the order has since been complied with but it has only been complied with in part, it has not been complied with fully, and the petitioner is not being paid his dues what he is otherwise entitled for.

2. Be that as it may, since the parties agreed that the petitioner has been ordered to be paid the pension and he has been receiving the pension. Now, it is only the quantum of pension which is in dispute, thus this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied with. So far as the quantum of pension is concerned, the same would be the subject matter which needs to be challenged separately by the petitioner by way of a separate writ petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner for the same, the contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
