This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.646/2020 registered at Police Station Padmnabhpur, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 376(2) A of the IPC.

2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, even in two rounds, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this bail application for want of prosecution.
