Considering the reply that Respondents have submitted, particularly Annexure R-2/1 submitted by Respondent No.2, which is a PPO Order dated 5.7.2021 entitling the Petitioner the pension of an amount of Rs.7,750/- per month payable from the date of retirement, this Court is of the opinion that the Order of this Court stands complied with.

However, in case of any further dispute in respect of the quantum of pension or the calculation of pension made by Respondents, the Petitioner would be at liberty to challenge or claim the same by way of fresh proceeding which would include the claim of Petitioner for other retiral benefits as well. Contempt Petition accordingly stands disposed of and the Respondents are discharged from the Contempt proceeding.
