(1) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for execution of sale deed of the residential plot purchased by her from respondent No. 3, which has not been registered for want of permission under the provisions of Section 165 (6) of the CG Land Revenue Code. As respondent No. 3, from whom the land has been purchased by petitioner, has not raised any grievance, no direction can be issued at the instance of the petitioner.
(2) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. However, petitioner would be at
