The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers : "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of the case.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, command and direct therein to the respondents to produce minor victim Ajendra Singh son of late Arjun Singh, Caste-Gond

(nephew of the petitioner) before this Hon'ble Court.

10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in favour of petitioner, may also be granted."

Heard Shri Manoj Jaiswal, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Shri Gagan Tiwari, the learned counsel representing the Respondents/State. 3.

The learned counsel for the State submits that after taking earnest efforts and conducting enquiry deploying number of officers at different places, the missing boy was traced out and was kept in quarantine. Presently, he has been discharged and after completing the procedural formalities, he has gone with the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the missing boy is now in the custody of the Petitioner and no further grievance stands. 5.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition stands closed without prejudice to the rights and liberties to the State to proceed with the further steps in connection with the criminal case registered against the persons concerned in connection with the offence, if any.
