Order On Board 07/10/2015 Heard.

1.

Challenge in this petition is to the departmental proceedings and show cause notice Annexure P/1 dated 17.08.2015 issued to the petitioner. Though, number of grounds have been raised to assail legality and validity of the department proceedings as also the show cause notice, I am not inclined to examine those grounds because at this stage, no adverse order has been passed against the petitioner. The petition is premature. 2.

All the grounds which have been raised before this Court may be raised by the petitioner before the disciplinary authority, who shall consider the same while taking decision in the matter in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, it will

be open for the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy including the remedy of statutory appeal against any adverse order under the relevant departmental Rules. 3.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
