The grievance of the petitioners are that under the scheme of allotment of Alternative Accommodation under Rajiv Awas Yojna, allotment has not been made in favour of the
petitioners and they have been asked to vacate the present premises. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents Corporation, upon instructions, submits that one house has already been alloted to petitioners' mother. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement, I am not inclined to pass any other order in the matter and the petition is disposed off at this stage with liberty to revive if the grievance is not redressed.
