The present is the first application filed under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail to Applicant who has been arrested on 4.1.2017 in connection with Crime No. 636/2016, registered at Police Station- Balod, District Balod, for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 506-B, 420, 201, 120-B/34 of IPC and Sections 5 & 6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant at this juncture prays for withdrawal of the bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after the Prosecutrix is examined.
