This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.442/2020 registered at Police Station Police Chowki Malhar, P.S. Masturi, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the IPC.

The applicant was allegedly having an affair with the deceased and another girl. However, the deceased wanted to marry the

MCRC No. 8593 of 2020 applicant but the applicant abused her filthily during a telephonic conversation a day before the incident. Shattered and disturbed with the applicant's behaviour, the deceased committed selfimmolation in her own house. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and for the fact that the applicant was not present at the time when the deceased committed suicide in her own house, I am inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. 6.
