The issues raised in this petition are identical to those raised in WPC No. 1657/2015. The petitioners in this petition are identically situated as petitioners no. 1, 2, 3 and 5 in WPC No. 1657/2015. The identical petition having already been dismissed by this Court, for the reasons and consideration made by this Court in WPC No. 1657/2015,

no relief can be granted to the petitioners in this petition also. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
