Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 15/10/2015 The matter relates to grant of pay fixation to the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submit that number of identical writ petitions have been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2015 passed in W.P.(S) Nos.4523/2014 and other connected matters and therefore this matter may also be disposed of in the same terms. State counsel has no objection if the present petition is also disposed of in terms of the previous order passed by this Court. Ordered accordingly. The present petition is also disposed of in the following terms:
• The Department of Home, Government of Chhattisgarh shall constitute a committee consisting of senior IPS Officers not below the rank of ADGP and a senior officer of the Finance Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary.
• The petitioners shall submit a representation before the said committee within a period of one month from today.
• The committee shall examine the issue as to whether the respective cases of the petitioners are similar to that of the petitioners whose petitions have been decided by this Court on 07.05.2009 (Abdul Nawab Khan & Others Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh & Others). If the
petitioners are similar to those petitioners, they shall be entitled to all such benefits which are admissible to those petitioners on the subject issue.
It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on merits and the authority concerned would be at liberty to act in accordance with law. Sd/- Pritinker Diwaker Judge suguna
