Agrawal Order On Board 24/08/2018 (1) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 07.08.2018 passed by Chhattisgarh Waqf Tribunal, Raipur, in MJC Case No. 16/2017 restoring the application filed by respondent No.1 under Section 83(2) and 94 of the Waqf Act, 1995 to its original number by allowing the application under Order 9 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by him. (2) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering the findings recorded by the Chhattisgarh Waqf Tribunal, Raipur, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order impugned warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
