Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though this Court had directed the Bank to consider petitioner's offer of payment, a precondition has been imposed. 2.

It is made clear that the Bank is only required to consider the offer of petitioner and take decision thereon in the matter, it thinks fit without insisting on any precondition. Let it be done now, if it is not done within 20 days from the date of receipt of certified

copy of this order, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
