In view of the MCC filed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by inadvertent mistake the description of respondent No.2, 3 & 4 has wrongly been shown, therefore, the order dated

04.11.2020 be recalled.

In view of such submission, the order dated 04.11.2020 passed in WP(S) No.4338 of 2020 is restored to its original number. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed off.
