1. According to the petitioner, some of the villagers have encroached upon Government land and despite informing this fact to respondents 3 to 5, no action has been taken against those encroachers.

2. At the outset, State counsel submits that let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the Collector detailing his claim and in turn action would be taken by the competent authority in accordance with law.

3. In view of the fair submission made by the State counsel, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a detailed

representation before the Collector along with copy of this petition. In eventulity of doing so, it is expected from the Collector and other competent authorities to act strictly in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that this Court has made no order on merit of the petition. The competent authority shall be at liberty to act in accordance with law.
