Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Order has since been complied with. However, meanwhile the Petitioner himself has expired. Given the submission that learned Counsel for Petitioner makes that the Order of this Court for which the present Contempt Petition was filed stands duly complied with, nothing further remains to further pursue with the Contempt Petition.
