The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.208/2020 registered in Police Station Baloda, Dist. JanjgirChampa C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
