2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.397/2020 registered at Police Station Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the IPC.

3. Deceased Roshni was married with the applicant on 22.5.2020. She committed suicide by hanging in her matrimonial house on 20.9.2020. The allegation of demand of dowry has been made in

MCRC No. 8377 of 2020 the diary statements of the parents of the deceased.

4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the parents of the deceased.
