Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/08/2018 Though number of grounds have been raised to challenge the institution of criminal proceeding and for quashing of charges, this Court finds that the order by which the charges have been framed by learned Trial Court, has not been challenged. Without challenging to the said judicial order framing charges, the instant petition cannot be entertained and disposed off with liberty. Therefore, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the petition challenging the order framing charges.
