Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/07/2017 These petitions are being disposed off by this common order. In both the petitions, transfer order, which was already executed was cancelled and thereafter, cancellation order was challenged before this Court through these petitions. This Court stayed the execution of impugned order cancelling executed transfer order way back in the year 08/02/2016 and 18/03/2016 respectively. The interim order has remained in force and therefore, at this stage, I am inclined to finally dispose off the matters with a direction that the impugned orders in respective petitions shall not be given effect to against the petitioner though, the respondents would be at liberty to pass fresh transfer order subject to exigencies of service.
