1. The present petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer Annexure P/1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dhamtari to Kawardha.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got only about 10 months of service left for his retirement and at this juncture the petitioner is transferred to different District, he shall be put to a irreparable inconvenience and loss. He further submits that even the order of transfer is incontravention to the transfer policy of the State Government.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner file a detailed representation to the respondent No.1, who in turn considering the fact that the petitioner has got only about 10 months of service left, decide the representation in accordance with the transfer policy of the State Government.

4. Let the representation dated 02.08.2018 filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of 8 weeks, till then the impugned order shall not be acted upon, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
