This M.C.C. is filed for extension of time.

This Court vide order dated 25.06.2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1678 of 2018 while deciding the writ petition, directed that the petitioners/SECL shall decide the petitioner's case with regard to the reply to the notice dated 19.05.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order i.e. 25.06.2018.

However, counsel for the petitioners/SECL has sought extension of time to decide the petitioner's case.

For the reasons assigned in the MCC for extension of time, further time of six weeks is granted from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order to the petitioners/SECL to decide the petitioner's case.

In view of above, M.C.C. stands disposed of Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
