Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition is filed only with a request to decide the representation of the petitioner so that he may get the reasons of holding and the delay or the payment which has to be made to the petitioner as against the land acquired that of the petitioner. He further submits that despite the order of the Division Bench, the State has not decided the same issue, therefore, the same has to be decided so that the petitioner may further take course of action. 2.

Without any observation on merit, considering the submission made, it is directed that the entitlement of the petitioner may be decided as per the existing Act, Rule & Notification within a further period of 90 days from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merits of this case.
