1. The father of prosecutrix Prabhulal Kurre is present before this Court through the "Help Desk" of DLSA, Jashpur Patthalgaon and he has made a statement that he has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. At this stage,learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix in trial.

3. It is ordered as prayed for.
