At the outset, Shri Saurabh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 on advance notice, would concede to the petitioner's prayer to the extent that the respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall get conducted the samples in terms of the communication (Annexure-P-7) within a period of 1 month.
