At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the court in the event if the State Govt. implements and revises the seniority list of identically placed persons granting them seniority from the date of initial engagement as daily wage employee.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The petitioner would also be at liberty to prefer a fresh representation to the respondents in the light of the subsequent development that have transpired.
