The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 31/07/2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from District Rajnandgaon to Kondagaon. One situation which has been raised by the petitioner is that he has not completed the normal term of 3 years in the present posting place and he has attained the age of 60 years and his retirement is due in near future within 2 years. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the case, the counsel for the petitioner wants that the petitioner may be permitted to make a

representation to the respondents raising these grounds and the respondents in turn may decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner if he so chooses may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents who in turn considering the fact that it is a case of transfer may decide it as expeditiously as possible.
