The prayer made by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the husband of the petitioner had died in harness on 09/12/2015 and immediately, the petitioner had moved an application for dependent employment which has also been processed by the authorities, but no final order has been passed. He accordingly prayed that the respondent No.4 may be directed to take an appropriate decision at the earliest in this regard.

The aforesaid submission is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, let the respondent No.4 take a suitable decision on the claim of dependent employment of the petitioner on the death of her husband which took place in the year 2015.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
