2. The instant petition is for seeking a direction to release the final payment of bill of the petitioner who acted and served the respondents in different capacities.

3. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 would submit that the bills of the petitioner would be clear within a period of 15 days.

4. Considering the submission made, the respondents are directed to clear all the dues of the petitioner as per guidelines of payment within a period of 15 days as per the procedure.
