After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the parties submit that the amount as calculated vide memo dated 30-07-2015 (Annexure P/1) of the Block Education Officer may be directed to be released in favour of the petitioner.

Memo dated 30-07-2015 shows the bill of total amount along with interest of Rs.2,92,930/- was prepared and deposited in the Treasury, but for want of

Court's order, the amount is not being released. Therefore, in these circumstances, it is directed that the amount as calculated and mentioned in memo dated 30-07-2015 be immediately paid to the petitioner. 4.
