This acquittal appeal has been preferred by the father of the prosecutrix, who was allegedly abducted and subjected to forcible sexual intercourse by the accused.

In her examination before the Court, the prosecutrix would state that she is more than 18 years of age. She also says that she was in love with the accused and had eloped with him out of her own free will. She has denied that the accused has committed forcible sexual intercourse with her.

Considering the statement of the prosecutrix, no case for interference with the impugned judgment of acquittal is made out. 4.
