By way of this petition, the Petitioner is praying for issuance of direction against the respondent authorities to pay her salary since June, 2019 upto 05.02.2021.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner, while pointing out at letter dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure-P7), submits that the District Education Officer vide said letter dated 23.02.2021 has directed the Block Education Officer, Gundardehi to release the salary of the Petitioner for the month of June, 2019 and from October, 2019 upto 05.02.2021 and submits further that since no order was passed by the Block Education Officer, therefore, the

Petitioner has compelled to file the representation before Respondent No.2Director, Public Instruction Department for the said purpose. It is submitted further that the said representation was made on 12.03.2021 and since then, the legitimate salary has not been released.

In view of above, this Court feels that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending as the petition can be disposed of at this stage itself.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, while directing the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities within a period of 15 days from today and the concerned authorities shall decide the same as soon as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation, if filed.

It is made clear that while disposing of this petition, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned authorities would decide the same in accordance with law. 6.
