This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.212/2020 registered at Police Station Mulmula, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC. 3.
As per the case of the prosecution, present applicant Gaurav Rajak accompanied co-accused Ritesh Dubey, when he received a total amount of Rs.7,50,000/- on different dates in installments from
MCRC No. 8425 of 2020 complainant Usha Kashyap. The complainant was assured of employment in the Fisheries Department.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant and for the fact that he is in jail since 15.10.2020 and the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, I am inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. 6.
