The issue involved in the instant case revolves around the order of suspension so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been unnecessarily kept under suspension in spite of the fact that the enquiry has already concluded and the enquiry officer also submitted his report and which also perhaps is in favour of the petitioner, yet the respondents with malafide intention are not taking any decision in this regard.

Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take a prompt decision in the disciplinary proceedings which has been initiated against the petitioner in the light of the report of the enquiry officer and at the same time would also consider whether there is any further necessity for keeping the petitioner under suspension.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case if he is still aggrieved of any other order.
