1. Heard.

2. This petition has been brought by the petitioners seeking issuance of direction to the respondent authorities for consideration of their applications for allotment of shops, which have been constructed by respondent No.2 Municipal Corporation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are small businessmen, who are running petty shops in the city of Rajnandgaon. Respondent No.2 has constructed 24 small shops at Basantpur Stadium Road, Rajnandgaon and proceedings of allotments are going on. The petitioners have also filed applications but their applications are not being considered.

4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the allotment procedure is going on. The allotment is being made under Mukhya Mantri Svavlamban Yojna and the Collector is in the charge of execution of this Scheme. He submits that the petitioners, in case, have filed any such application(s) in the matter of allotment of shops, then, that shall be considered by the Collector. Hence, appropriate orders may be passed.

5. Learned counsel for the State would also submit that

6. After considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed off at the motion stage itself. Respondent No.3 is directed that in case any application(s) is filed by the petitioners with regard to the subject of allotment of shops, which have been recently constructed by respondent No.2 at Basantpur Stadium Road, Rajnandgaon, the same may be taken into consideration and disposed off in accordance with the entitlement as provided under the Scheme.
