The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 14/03/2016 which was assailed by filing this petition.

On 27/06/2016, the effect and operation of the impugned order was stayed and the petitioner is still continuing in the office. In these circumstances, when the impugned order has not been given effect to, it would be proper to dispose off the petition at this stage.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off. The impugned order shall not be given effect to against the petitioner. However, fresh transfer order may be issued in exigency of service.
